Mini Pantry Update

Dear Buffalo Community,

We have an important update to share with you regarding our mini-pantry project. After careful consideration we have decided to downsize our mini-food pantry project.

Mini pantries can now be found at the following locations:

Cornerstone Pharmacy (150 E Hart Street) which is supported by Johnson County Democrats and Cornerstone Pharmacy.

Johnson County Friends Feeding Friends packing facility (963 Fort Street, Unit 3) which is supported by the Longmire Cast.

These mini-pantries are available for anyone who is experiencing hunger or food insecurity, and we invite community members to take what they need. The goal is simple: to ensure that no one in our community has to go without food when they need it most.

In addition to the mini-pantry boxes, if you find yourself in need of more support, please remember that the Bread of Life Food Pantry at 178 S. Main Street is also there to help. The Bread of Life Food Pantry has been a steadfast resource for many, providing nutritious food and comfort to those who need it.

We are grateful for the continued generosity of our community members who have supported the mini-pantry project. Whether you’ve donated food or volunteered your time, your kindness has made a significant impact on the lives of many people.

When we come together to fight hunger, it strengthens our community, showing that even small actions can make a big difference.

Thank you for being part of a compassionate, caring Buffalo. Together, we can help ensure that no one goes hungry.
