Johnson County Friends Feeding Friends would like to extend our gratitude to the Buffalo Christian Academy students for their incredible dedication and hard work this week. Despite the cold wind and snow, this small but mighty group of kids showed up with smiles on their faces to help unload the monthly food delivery from the Food Bank of Wyoming.
Unloading a pallet of heavy canned goods and other items is no small task, especially in harsh weather conditions. Yet, these students pulled together, demonstrating teamwork and determination to get the job done. The items they unloaded will go directly into the weekend food bag program, ensuring that children in our community have food to eat when school meals are unavailable.
Your commitment and effort are truly inspiring. It’s heartwarming to see young people actively supporting their community and making a difference. Your work helps ensure that Johnson County Friends Feeding Friends can continue its mission to combat food insecurity in Buffalo.
To the Buffalo Christian Academy students: thank you for your resilience, hard work, and kindness. You are an integral part of this community, and we are so grateful for all you do!
